The Animal Crossing cast is back, and as you can see, they've retained their plush-toy aesthetics for their first taste of city life.

Thanks to tipster Adam Sorice, we now have 34 pieces of character art added to our gallery, as well as a little bit of information on the returns, which will include Gracie, the Able Sisters, and even Jack O Lantern, not to mention Nook. You can't have an Animal Crossing game without Nook.

Oh, and Resetti's back, too, but this time... he has an assistant? That, or he drops a few pounds at some point in the game. I wonder what the deal is with that new mole. Hopefully, he'll be as entertaining as Resetti is.
