According to several 2ch users, the latest issue of Nintendo Dream promises to unveil a "secret" Rockman project in its February issue.

Hmm, with a small picture of four (of the many) Mega/Rockmen, I wonder if this could have something to do with the rumored "Scramble Battle" title from last year.

What is also interesting is that it's been almost an entire year (shy three days) since we last heard anything about it.
