Random Video of the Day: Nintendo of America Customer Service Training Video, Circa 1991

Now here's a blast from the past: The training video Nintendo of America sent to their customer service representatives back in 1991 to show them how to deal with problematic customers. Having worked in retail, I can relate, though I never got to see a video like this at any of my game-related jobs.
Hmm, "this cassette may not be duplicated without the express written consent of Nintendo of America, Inc."
Whoopsie. I wonder if Nintendo will still hold anyone to that?
Anyway, gotta love the game-filled background. And I still think the Mario they used at the start should have been in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a replacement for Dr. Mario: He could throw screwdrivers instead of capsules, and whack enemies with his toolbox instead of the Rx sheet.
