Even though Factor 5 shut down their San Rafael based studio two months ago, Factor 5 is alive and kicking in Germany. In addition, it seems they aren't working on just one Wii title, but are working on "Multiple unannounced Wii-Titles (2009)".
This information comes from CEO of Factor 5, Achim Moller's LinkedIn profile. No other information has been released as to what Wii titles they could be, but rampant speculation has guessed that one of the new games is Kid Icarus. I also think the "2009" is more of a place holder and not a release date, assuming anything big would have been announced at E3.
It was known back in May that the Factor 5 studio based in Germany was working on a new Wii title, but the inclusion of the "s" makes things a little bit more interesting. Sadly, we know one of those titles will not be Rogue Squadron, the widely popular Star Wars flight shooter. Rogue Squadron is the topic of a current lawsuit against the now deceased San-Rafael studio. In any case, it seems Factor Five will keep busy with some unknown Wii titles.
