Resident Evil (or Biohazard, if you want to get specific) is still pretty massive in Japan, so a limited-edition version of the upcoming Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles isn't surprising. What could potentially be surprising is the sheer amount of available content.

For 8,390 yen (about $90), RE fans can get the game, an exclusive promotional DVD called "Darkside Flashback", and a soundtrack CD called "Darkside Symphony", plus a reversible sleeve. No word on if we'll be getting this bundle in North America, but considering it cannot be found in Gamestop's upcoming release list, it doesn't look likely.
