Apparently someone over at Crave Entertainment thinks that a good game based upon a Discovery Channel program is still possible, despite the fact that Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm deserved to be thrown back into the sea. The company today announced both a new Deadliest Catch title, as well as a game based on the popular "Man vs. Wild" series.
For the uninitiated, Man vs. Wild features survival expert Bear Grylls and his incredible British accent as he tries to ride wild horses, jumps into freezing lakes, and drinks his own pee. The game is set for release on PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and Nintendo DS with the Deadliest Catch game also set for all of those, sans 360. Expect both games in Spring of 2010.
