I'm sure you've heard of the Wii emulator for PC named Dolphin right? Well one guy took it upon himself to record some 1080P footage of New Super Mario Bros. Wii, check it out



Oh how I wish my Wii could put out 1080P, it looks so great. Maybe we can look forward to this if a WiiHD does end up being made. One can wish.
