While this survey is technically open only in Japan, the miracle of the internet brings it to the US so that we too can ask for characters or music to be included in the upcoming game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, or just congratulate Sakurai-san on making such a nice game so far.
So, to send your ideas in to Masahiro Sakurai, just follow the below steps:
1. Click on this link.
2. Click on the button on the bottom of the page.
3. You'll see three text-boxes. The first one is for your online handle/pseudonym/nickname.
4. The second text-box has three choices. These tell Mr. Sakurai what part of Smash Bros. your suggestion pertains to. Select the first option if you want to praise Sakuraisan regarding what you've seen in the recently released trailer. Select the second option to give a character suggestion. Select the third option to give suggestions regarding the music that is to be featured within the game.
5. After typing out your suggestion in English (or Japanese with poor grammar via Babelfish), click the button at the bottom of the screen.
6. Click the button on the left.
7. The ending prompt merely tells you that to prevent flooding, the site won't let you send another suggestion for a while, but you can send more in later.
8. Click the button at the bottom of the screen to close the window/tab.
You can check to see if Masahiro Sakurai liked your suggestion by going here. (Notice that there are text links to even more intriguing suggestions near the top of the page.)
I hope this helps, now go and make sure that Sonic gets into the incipient Smash Bros. title!
